Associate Product Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Product Manager to drive the delivery and coordination of ProcureFlow, our B2B procurement SaaS platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, design, and engineering; owning client communications, keeping projects on track, documentation sharp, and stakeholders aligned.

You'll start with a strong focus on execution and delivery, and as your product knowledge deepens, you'll take on increasing ownership over product decisions and be part of shaping what we build next.

What You'll Do

• Track sprint progress, flag blockers, and maintain project boards to ensure delivery stays on schedule
• Coordinate between product, engineering, and design teams to keep workstreams aligned
• Own client-facing communications, preparing updates and documenting feedback from enterprise accounts
• Maintain and organise product documentation including feature specs, process flows, and release summaries
• Lead client onboarding to new features and manage go-live communications
• Define test plans and execute functional testing on new features and bug fixes
• Identify patterns in client feedback and surface insights that inform the product roadmap

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in a product, operations, or client-facing role (ideally in SaaS or tech)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with enterprise clients
• Familiarity with agile/scrum workflows and project tracking tools
• A genuine interest in understanding how software products work
• Comfortable forming opinions on product decisions and articulating your thinking clearly
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
