Supported Workflows
ProcureFlow supports three procurement workflows, each designed for different purchasing scenarios:
Request for Quotations (RFQ)
Best for routine purchases where you need competitive pricing from multiple suppliers.

- Negotiation: Optional BAFO (Best and Final Offer) round for price optimization, with automatic triggering available

Tender
Best for complex, high-value purchases requiring formal bidding processes and multiple evaluation rounds.
- Sourcing: AI-assisted supplier identification with formal invitation process
- Multi-Round Negotiation: Structured bidding rounds with proposal submissions
- Multi-Round Evaluation: Iterative technical and commercial assessment
- Award: Formal award process with comprehensive approval chain
Catalog Buying
Best for standardized purchases from pre-approved supplier catalogs.
- Punchout Catalogs: Direct access to supplier product catalogs
- Approvals: Configurable approval workflows based on spend thresholds
