Supported Workflows

ProcureFlow supports three procurement workflows, each designed for different purchasing scenarios:

Request for Quotations (RFQ)

RFQ workflow: sourcing, negotiation, evaluation, and award

Best for routine purchases where you need competitive pricing from multiple suppliers.

  • Sourcing: AI recommends suppliers based on historical participation and award rates
  • Negotiation: Optional BAFO (Best and Final Offer) round for price optimization, with automatic triggering available
  • Bid Evaluation: Technical and commercial scoring with anomaly detection
  • Award: Split awards across multiple suppliers with approval workflows
