About the Role

Eezee is a fast-growing Singaporean company in the B2B space, building technology and operations that power procurement and trade across Southeast Asia. The Finance Executive supports our Finance Department in managing daily accounting operations, keeping financial records accurate and reporting timely.

This role plays a key part in processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and keeping us compliant with Thai accounting and tax regulations, supporting the overall financial health and efficiency of the business. It is based in Bangkok, Thailand (on-site).

You will work closely with internal teams across Business Development, Sales, Operations, and Management, and report directly to the Finance Assistant Manager.

What You'll Do

  • Handle daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and journal entries in line with company policies and Thai accounting regulations
  • Prepare, review, and process invoices, payments, receipts, and employee expense claims accurately, and issue Withholding Tax Certificates to suppliers within established timelines
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations, and investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit tax filings including VAT (PP30), Withholding Tax (PND 3, PND 53), Corporate Income Tax, and other statutory requirements under Thai Revenue Department regulations
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring financial records are accurate and complete
  • Ensure compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), local tax regulations, and company internal controls
  • Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities as required
  • Maintain accurate and organised accounting records and supporting documentation for audit, tax, and reporting purposes
  • Support process improvements and finance-related projects that lift operational efficiency and compliance

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Thai accounting principles, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and related tax filings in Thailand
  • Familiarity with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems such as QuickBooks
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience working with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies is an advantage
  • CPA (Thailand) or other relevant professional certifications are a plus

What You'll Gain

  • Real ownership of the full accounting cycle at a fast-growing B2B company, not one narrow slice of it
  • Recognition for results: high performers earn promotions, pay increments, and stock options through regular review
  • Broad exposure across the business, working with Sales, Operations, and Management rather than a single silo
