About the App ProcureFlow is a procurement management platform. The mobile app lets authorised approvers review and act on purchase requests and purchase orders from their organisation while away from their desk. An active ProcureFlow account, provisioned by your organisation, is required to sign in and use the app.


Common Questions

How do I get an account? Accounts are created by your organisation's ProcureFlow administrator. If you need access, contact your administrator or get in touch and we'll point you to the right person.

I forgot my password or can't sign in. Use the "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen, or email [email protected] and we'll help you regain access.

I don't see any approvals in the app. The app only shows items awaiting your approval. If your queue is empty, there is nothing pending for you right now. If you believe this is an error, contact your administrator or our support team.

Reporting a problem or requesting a feature. Send us a message with a short description and, where possible, a screenshot. Bug reports and feature requests are always welcome.
