Operations Executive

About the Role

The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting Eezee’s daily procurement and supply chain activities. This role focuses on sourcing products and services, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to achieve timely and cost-effective operations.

This role interacts with internal staff: Management, Business development, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Seller Team. This role reports to: Sales Director.

What You'll Do

• Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
• Processing PO to suppliers.
• Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
• To handle and report any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately with suppliers.
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received the stock.
• Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
• Work with the Logistics and Fulfilment team to ensure all stocks is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
• Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
