Forward-Deployed Software Engineer, Intern

About the Role

We're looking for forward-deployed software engineering interns who want to grow into full-time engineers with us. This is for people who already know how to write code and understand how a modern stack fits together, and who want to do far more than sit behind a screen. We treat this internship as the start of a full-time career at ProcureFlow, not a short-term stint.

Forward-deployed means you're in the room. You'll come with us to meet clients, sometimes present, occasionally get your hands dirty with a bit of design, and then go build the thing. We want all-rounders: full-stack engineers who are genuinely comfortable across both front-end and back-end, and who can move between code, customers, and product without missing a beat.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship full-stack features end to end across ProcureFlow's web platform, both front-end and back-end
• Go forward-deployed: join us on client visits to understand their problems firsthand and translate them into working software
• Present your work and ideas to clients and the team clearly and confidently
• Get hands-on with a bit of design when needed to shape how a feature looks and feels
• Write clean, well-tested TypeScript and own features from idea through to production
• Take part in code reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Already know how to code: you can build things on your own and understand how a modern web stack fits together
• Full-stack mindset: comfortable across both front-end and back-end, not just one side
• Experience with, or the ability to quickly pick up, TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Client-ready: happy to meet clients, present, and communicate clearly
• All-rounded and adaptable, willing to dip into design and product when the moment calls for it
• Looking for an internship that leads to a full-time role
