Roadmap

ProcureFlow is continuously evolving. Here's what's coming next.

Bid Masking

Coming Soon

Ensure unbiased evaluation by hiding supplier identities during the scoring process. Evaluators see the quotes and technical submissions, but don't know which supplier submitted each bid until scoring is complete.

Why it matters: When evaluators know who submitted a bid, unconscious bias can creep in, favoring familiar vendors or discounting newcomers. Bid masking ensures your evaluation criteria are applied objectively, with decisions based purely on the merits of each submission.

Best for: High-value tenders, government and regulated procurement, situations where you want to give new suppliers a fair chance, and organizations with strict audit requirements around vendor selection.

Public Supplier Network

Expand your sourcing options beyond your existing vendor database. The Public Supplier Network connects you with suppliers who have been verified with validated business credentials, displayed certifications (ISO, industry-specific), and transparent transaction history with ratings from other buyers on the network.

Why it matters: Finding new suppliers is time-consuming: vetting credentials, checking references, assessing reliability. The network handles this groundwork upfront, showing you each supplier's certifications, verified business information, and real feedback from other procurement teams who've worked with them.

Best for: Sourcing in new categories, finding backup suppliers, expanding into new regions, and increasing competition on recurring purchases.

Blanket PO Management

Streamline recurring purchases with framework agreements that lock in pricing and terms for extended periods. Track spend against commitments, automate releases, and ensure compliance with negotiated contracts.

Why it matters: Repetitive purchasing wastes time and leaves money on the table. Blanket POs let you negotiate volume discounts upfront, reduce administrative overhead on routine orders, and maintain visibility into spend commitments across the organization.

Best for: MRO supplies, office consumables, recurring services, and any category where you make frequent, predictable purchases from the same suppliers.

Japanese Auction

Drive significant cost savings through structured, competitive bidding rounds. In a Japanese auction, all suppliers see the current lowest price and must decide whether to match or exit. Each round, the price drops until only one supplier remains.

Why it matters: Japanese auctions create transparency and urgency. Suppliers know exactly what they need to beat, leading to more aggressive pricing. Organizations typically see 10-25% cost reductions compared to traditional RFQ processes.

Best for: High-value purchases with multiple qualified suppliers, commoditized items where price is the primary differentiator, and contracts where you want to maximize competitive pressure.

Reverse Auction

Drive competitive pricing through real-time bidding where suppliers compete to win your business. Unlike traditional RFQs where you wait for quotes, reverse auctions create urgency. Suppliers see competing bids and can lower their prices on the spot until the auction closes.

Why it matters: Reverse auctions introduce dynamic competition that static RFQs can't match. When suppliers can see they're being outbid, they're motivated to sharpen their pencils. This format works alongside Japanese auctions to give you flexible options for different sourcing scenarios.

Best for: Time-sensitive purchases where you need quick turnaround, categories with many qualified suppliers, spot buys, and situations where you want maximum price transparency during the bidding process.
