Renamed Bid Analysis to Award Optimiser: the tool is the Award Optimiser, and what you create in it is an award optimisation holding the scenarios you compare

Replaced the Award Optimiser documentation with Bid Analysis: the feature is now a standalone workspace for bids collected outside ProcureFlow, no longer tied to a specific RFQ or Tender

Launched the User Guides section: role-based, step-by-step guides covering the full procurement lifecycle from purchase request to payment
Added buyer guides for Purchase Requests, Sourcing Requests, RFQs, Auctions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, and Invoices
