Replaced the Award Optimiser documentation with Bid Analysis: the feature is now a standalone workspace for bids collected outside ProcureFlow, no longer tied to a specific RFQ or Tender

Launched the User Guides section: role-based, step-by-step guides covering the full procurement lifecycle from purchase request to payment
Added buyer guides for Purchase Requests, Sourcing Requests, RFQs, Auctions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, and Invoices
Added admin guides for Finance (GL codes, cost centers, budgets, and payment runs) and Supplier Management (directory, contacts, blacklists, and accreditation)
Added supplier guides for the Supplier Portal, auction participation, and accreditation submission

Added Award Optimiser documentation covering strategy configuration, constraint setup, and strategy comparison (superseded August 2026, see above)
Added Compliance Agent documentation covering AI-assisted justification generation for award decisions
Updated RFQ and Tender workflow pages with links to new features
