Punchout catalogs connect directly to a supplier's e-commerce system, providing real-time pricing and availability. Hosted catalogs are product lists uploaded to ProcureFlow with pre-negotiated fixed pricing. Punchout offers more current data but requires supplier integration; hosted catalogs are simpler to set up but need periodic updates.
