How many bidding rounds should I expect?

Most Tenders complete in 2-3 rounds. Simple Tenders may close after one round if submissions meet requirements. Complex Tenders with evolving scope may require more rounds. ProcureFlow doesn't limit the number of rounds, so use as many as needed to reach the right outcome.
